FIKAR Guide
Adoption & Commercial Model
Building Organizational Intelligence One Business Function at a Time
Organizations rarely transform overnight. They begin with a focused deployment, demonstrate value, and expand as confidence grows.
FIKAR follows the same philosophy.
Organizations typically start with a single business function and progressively expand Organizational Intelligence across the enterprise, creating a living intelligence layer that becomes more valuable with every interaction.
Intelligence Domains
FIKAR is deployed through Intelligence Domains.
An Intelligence Domain represents a business function whose conversations, decisions, operational context, and organizational knowledge contribute to Organizational Intelligence.
Examples include Engineering, Product, IT Operations, Customer Success, Project Management Office (PMO), Finance, Human Resources, and Legal.
Each Intelligence Domain builds its own Organizational Memory while strengthening a shared intelligence layer across the organization.
Commercial Offerings
Organizations adopt FIKAR through one of three commercial offerings.
Each offering is built on the same Organizational Intelligence platform and uses Intelligence Domains as the fundamental deployment unit.
As organizations grow, they typically expand in two ways: by adding Intelligence Domains across additional business functions and by increasing Platform Capacity to support larger deployments.
Team
Designed for organizations beginning their Organizational Intelligence journey.
The Team offering supports deployment within one Intelligence Domain, allowing a single business function to build Organizational Memory, improve execution, and demonstrate measurable business value.
Typical deployments include Engineering, IT Operations, Product, or Customer Success.
Business
Designed for organizations connecting multiple business functions.
The Business offering supports deployment across multiple Intelligence Domains, enabling Organizational Intelligence to flow across collaborating teams while improving operational visibility, coordination, and decision-making.
Organizations begin building shared Organizational Memory rather than isolated departmental knowledge.
Enterprise
Designed for organizations building enterprise-wide Organizational Intelligence.
The Enterprise offering connects Intelligence Domains across the organization, providing executive visibility, governance, and a unified intelligence layer that supports decisions and execution at enterprise scale.
Organizational Memory becomes a strategic organizational asset rather than a departmental resource.
Platform Capacity
Every offering includes the Platform Capacity appropriate for its deployment.
Platform Capacity may include active users, connected enterprise systems, processing capacity, Organizational Memory retention, and automation volume.
As organizations grow, Platform Capacity can expand independently without changing the underlying deployment model, allowing larger business functions to scale naturally while maintaining a consistent Organizational Intelligence architecture.
Growing with Your Organization
Organizations typically expand FIKAR in two dimensions.
Horizontally, by adding Intelligence Domains across additional business functions.
Vertically, by expanding Platform Capacity within existing Intelligence Domains.
This approach aligns commercial growth with organizational adoption rather than infrastructure consumption, allowing Organizational Intelligence to evolve naturally as the organization grows.
